Trump and his supporters are backward stupid Rednecks.
What is most hilarious is that most of his supporters are poor and yet they truly believe that Trump is one of them, yep that a billionaire is just like them.

Americans are funny.

The real protest against Trump will take place at the ballot box. He is unquestioningly a Clinton "plant".

Coffee,

It is the norm for political opponents to be ejected from political rallies. I can't they why they wouldn't be. A rally is not a hustings, it is an event for supporters of someone to show their support. To equate a protesters gentle removal to Nuremburg is misguided. If you want to look for worrying ejections, look at Walter Wolfgang, or Iain Dale at Labour's Brighton conference. (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-24285711).

As for parallels between Hitker's rise and the attitude towards Muslims in the again I disagree. Look at the evidence. In the 30s, during a great economic depression, Jews were scapegoated. Where is the parallel now with Muslims? There is a fear of Islam, but why? Is it because of an unrelated cause like the economic depression of the 30s, or is it because across the Muslim world, non-Muslims are being attacked daily, and forcibly converted or removed. It is a worldview based on the unswerving loyalty to a man who promoted extreme violence. That should be enough to worry anyone, and I find that much more worrying than a stooge with a hair-piece.

If you really want parallels with Nazi Germany, visit the Middle East.

I was in North Carolina for the run up to the 2004 election was held and Bush Jnr running for his 2nd (& 1st legitimate) term of office.

With the whole "Support Our Troops" badges everywhere, the whole vibe of North Carolina was that if you didn't vote Republican, you were a traitor to the country.

It was slightly disturbing....

In large swathes of the United States being unpatriotic is second only in sinfulness to being ungodly and the two usually go hand in hand.

Does the manner of her guided exit matter? To say that this is not controversial is sad, because it means it's the norm and has become acceptable.

Parallels between Hitler's rise and what's happening in the US (and elsewhere) do now exist, although of course it's not identical and will not, one hopes, lead to anything as obscene as the Nazi era.

The point is that extremist political leaders often reach power by offering certainties in uncertain times. But with that can come extreme intolerance of groups made scapegoat for the uncertainty. And that's what we may be seeing here in that Trump rally.

Das Amerikanishe Volk...

Correction...

The American people have an unfortunate recent history of susceptibility to brainwashing. Do you remember the near total support in the States for invading Iraq in 2003? Anyone speaking against it was dubbed unpatriotic. How could this happen in arguably the world's most developed country?

Past performance may not be a guarantee of future performance, but God help us all if Trump comes to power.

Re: 1933 and all that
Political rallies are there for the supporters of someone to show support. As such, she was GENTLY led from the hall. Contrast this with the violent removal of the 83 year old Walter Wolfgang from Labour's conference ten years ago. Remember, he was a supporter of Labour too.

I think Trump is a dick. He's also been one of Hillary's biggest supporters over the years, but this is not a controversial incident.
